I like to express my thanks to you and your course. It showed me, that besides profit, marketing strategies and revenue management there is another side of hospitality which is equally, if not more important to be successful! All the skills which are considered as hard skills in business and to create as much profit as possible are nowadays considered to be the most important, however there is something else what moves people and I think this is exactly what you teach in your course and I strongly believe that this is a great opportunity for us students to get to know that side better - even if it is only for a short time. Further, I sincerely believe that everything taught in your course is very important and adds a big share to what we learn at EHL, but not many see the relevance to it.
Thank you very much for your course, it was a real "eye-opener" regarding our studies, and I was glad to have at least 1 "Art" (Design) course throughout the year. If it happened to disappear, it would really be unfortunate because it has awakened a feeling of implication of the students regarding the future of the Campus, and has interested the students to the sustainable development of an educational Campus.
I believe it is important for future "Hospitality Managers" (as we are told we can be) to be aware of the implimentation of a building entity in its environment.
We are entering a new era in which our generation is willing to change the carbon footprints of the new buildings. The chic and luxury are not only elegant and classy but NEED to have sustainable implication regarding the environment, as taxes and fines regarding environmental conservation will only increase with time passing by.
It is the duty of the school to prepare the future "leaders of the industry" (as they want us to be) accordingly, and change is only the result of an education. Without education nor awareness, there will be no change, and hotel business will not be as successful as they could be.
Integrating Design and Sustainable Development is the simple key to the future of our century...
Fit, now it fits for me, that is the right description of the path I have consciously taken with Archiveda® over the last few years. It started with the "outside" many years ago, a colour concept including implementation for my flat. A start, wonderful, noticeable effects for wellbeing. The most comfortable place to be for me. But just as important for me was sorting out my issues. Everything that hadn't been decided, clarified and led to clutter. It didn't fit. Through the Archiveda® process, the conscious transformation was within me, not that of others. The active sorting and living its application in relationships was not comfortable, because it was a new way - my way. Against a lot of inner resistance and repeated questions. But it was the right thing to do and it was worth it. Health and well-being. Lasting positive energy, I feel good again! Thank you! Inside and outside fit. I recommend Archiveda® from the bottom of my heart and with conviction.
Archiveda® - for me this is a synonym for "feeling good" and "arriving" - in my rooms, but especially within myself. In the spaces designed by Latrace according to Archiveda®, you enter a different environment and leave the stress and hectic pace of everyday life behind you once stepping through the door. The colour, space and overall usage concept are tailor-made for me and once you have one or more favorite walls, you want to find them again everywhere.
If you have knowledge, you don't need courage. We read time with a watch, we feel it with our heart and soul. Sometimes, a moment feels like eternity and sometimes it just passes by in an instant. If we could measure sense like we measure time, the result would be colour. Everything is a matter of resonance and the law of nature.
